General Rental Policy

GENERAL POLICY



IDENTIFICATION:

All customers, current and new, must present a valid MD, VA, or DC drivers license or ID to the representative. Passports are accepted.  Damaged IDs will require another ID with a valid address to supplement. Customers who do not live in the general area will be required to leave a full security deposit. The deposit amount will vary depending on the item being rented. Rentals can't be made under a spouse, relative, or friends name.



PAYMENT:

All payments are to be made in advance. We require a payment of the rental along with a security deposit that will be held during the duration of the rental. Please note, card payments take 3 - 5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund back to your account.  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover). Cash and pre-paid cards are accepted but will be required to leave a larger security deposit. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or gift cards.

All customers will be required to show ID before the card is charged. We do not accept credit cards that don't belong to you, that don't have a cardholder's name, and temporary bank cards.
